With Keith Crawford in the saddle, Rowdy Yankee won several 1997 big futurities, including the NRHA Non Pro Futurity, the Tradition Non Pro Futurity, and the NCRHA Non Pro Futurity.

Rowdy Yankee also won open competitions with Crawford, including the prestigious Open and Non Pro Championships at Reining By The Bay. He also was the 1999 NRHA Non Pro Saddlesmith World Champion.

After only a few years of foal crops, Rowdy Yankee is already a proven sire and listed as one of NRHA's Leading Sires. He is the sire of multiple Open and Non Pro Futurity Champions, and Open and Non Pro finalists at every major NRHA event.
